Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Agent Helm is a free, MIT-licensed developer workflow plugin maintained by Myo Win Thein (myowinthein on GitHub), based in Thailand. This notice covers the plugin, its documentation site and project correspondence.
Using the plugin
Agent Helm provides workflows and optional local helpers for Claude and Codex. It has no separate project accounts, payments or mailing list, and no maintainer-operated service for receiving your prompts or project files.
Your coding agent and chosen tools can read project content, create local files and review records, and communicate with external services. What is processed locally or sent elsewhere depends on those tools, their settings and the actions you run. Review their privacy policies and permissions before sharing sensitive material.
Visiting the documentation site
I have not added advertising or visitor-analytics scripts. Hosting and external resources still involve technical requests:
- GitHub Pages hosts the documentation. GitHub logs visitor IP addresses for security, including when visitors are signed out. See GitHub Pages data collection and the GitHub Privacy Statement.
- jsDelivr serves the Mermaid library used for diagrams. Loading it sends a request to the CDN, with connection information such as your IP address and browser details. See the jsDelivr Privacy Policy.
- myowin.dev, my portfolio hosted on Vercel, serves the site’s favicon. Your browser requests that file from the separate host, which receives connection information such as your IP address. See the Vercel Privacy Notice.
The theme selector stores your System, Light or Dark choice in browser local storage under agent-helm-theme. The site sets no expiry for this preference. You can change it using the selector or remove the saved value through your browser’s site-data controls.
Messages, contributions and retention
If you email me or participate on GitHub, your submission can include your name, email address or username, message, code and attachments. I use this information to investigate reports, respond and maintain the project. Sending a message is voluntary; without the relevant details I may be unable to investigate or reply. Do not submit credentials or unnecessary personal information.
Project email uses Gmail, covered by Google’s Privacy Policy. My intended manual practice is to review and reply to project messages, address the issue, then delete resolved support emails and close resolved GitHub issues. Closing an issue does not delete its public contents. Contributions can remain in repository history and copies made by others.
Removing a message from my mailbox or a repository does not guarantee removal of provider-held records or other people’s copies. Providers’ own policies describe their retention, security and international processing. Their services may process information outside Thailand.
Audience, requests and updates
Agent Helm is intended for developers and is not directed at children.
For private privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete information I handle, email mwt.creative@gmail.com. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the relevant law and information involved. For information handled independently by a provider, use that provider’s privacy channels.
GitHub Issues is available for general project questions. Issues are public, so do not use them for private requests.
Substantive changes to this notice will be reflected in its last-updated date.
